Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be tasked with optimizing our clients’ websites to maximize their online presence and search engine ranking. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies, and effective keyword research.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage all aspects of SEO including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams in creating optimized content for target audiences.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly SEO reports using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in SEO strategy meetings to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates to keep strategies effective and innovative.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Proficient in technical SEO, including site audits and schema implementation.
• Expertise in managing on-page and off-page SEO elements.
• Skilled in keyword research, backlink building, and utilizing SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
