Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their HR career by contributing to key areas like recruitment, onboarding, and building foundational HR processes. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations while gaining hands-on experience in a flexible, remote environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Hiring Support:  Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare documentation, and ensure a welcoming experience for new team members.
• Process Setup: Help design and implement basic HR workflows, policies, and documentation (attendance, leave management, employee records).
• Compliance: Support adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly SEO reports using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to address HR queries and improve employee engagement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR (internships or project work count!).
•  Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
• Passionate about building inclusive, efficient workplace practices.
