Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle NetSuite Expert for a critical 6-month contract role. You will be the lead consultant responsible for managing and executing a full-scale migration from QuickBooks to Oracle NetSuite for our client in the US healthcare industry.
This is a hands-on role where you will leverage your deep technical and functional NetSuite expertise to ensure a seamless transition, enabling our client to scale their financial operations and gain greater business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Migration: Spearhead the end-to-end migration process from QuickBooks to Oracle NetSuite, including discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
  • Business Process Analysis: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their current financial processes, pain points, and requirements within the US healthcare context.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure NetSuite modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) to meet the client’s unique business needs. Map legacy QuickBooks data and processes to the new NetSuite environment.
  • Data Migration: Develop and execute a detailed data migration plan. This includes data extraction from QuickBooks, data cleansing, transformation, mapping, and successful import into NetSuite using CSV imports and other tools.
  • Customization & Workflows: Create saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows (SuiteFlow) to automate processes and enhance user experience.
  • Testing & UAT: Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure the system is configured correctly and meets all business requirements.
  • Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to the client’s finance team and offer post-go-live support to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.
  • Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, manage project timelines, provide regular status updates, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven NetSuite Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and administration.
  • Migration Experience: Demonstrable experience leading at least two full-cycle QuickBooks to NetSuite migrations. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Core Financial Modules: Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite’s core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
  • Data Management: Strong proficiency with NetSuite’s data import/export tools (CSV Import Assistant).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Certified Administrator or NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant is highly desired.
