Role Description:

As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot at client locations. This includes setting up, customizing, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM to align with clients’ business objectives and challenges. Your day-to-day tasks will involve HubSpot data hygiene, implementing lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns, managing data migration, and configuring sales pipelines to enhance client sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and customization of HubSpot portals for new clients.
• Develop and test workflows and automation for sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage and segment data to improve targeting and lead nurturing efforts.
  Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they leverage HubSpot effectively.
• Work closely with account management teams to align HubSpot solutions with client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with hands-on experience in HubSpot implementation.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a client-first approach.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in project management.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• A self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of working independently.
